I suppose every workshop is a bit different, but I have high hopes that this Erma Bombeck Writers’ Workshop will be as wonderful as the previous one. For starters, I’m reuniting with some friends I met in 2024. That’s a win by itself.
It always sells out, usually in the first twenty-four hours. The classes and instructors are fantastic. The only problem is choosing which one to take in each time slot, and I’ve already downloaded the schedule, so that hasn’t changed either.
Most of the food is provided and they’ve already teased us with the dessert menu on the page for attendees.
The rest will have to wait for a few days, but I’ll be heading to Ohio very soon and expect to find another terrific opportunity to connect with readers and writers and maybe learn a few things along the way.
