Herald Angels–Released and Examined!

A novel’s official Release Day is a cause for celebration.

It’s a bit like the day a new child enters the world.  Gestating for months, even years, its arrival is expected.  But seeing it, holding it, brings all the efforts of nourishment into perspective.

Today, 12.09.2016, is just such a day for Herald Angels, my latest novel with The Wild Rose Press.

On further examination, this novel has been years in the making.  I’m sharing my secrets as to what inspired the locations of New York City and Bland, Virginia, my characters, and how both mesh, on my publisher’s blog.

I hope you’ll visit.  Click here!

  1. I really enjoyed reading your book. You nailed the snow storms perfectly. The Thanksgiving dinner brought back memories of the craziness of our family dinners. Your characters were well rounded and believable. They made me laugh and cry and yes feel anger at times. I don’t want to say too much for fear of giving away the story. But I do want you know that I found ‘Herald Angels’ to be a wonderfully enjoyable story.
    Wishing you tons of success!
    Have a wonderful week!

    1. Thank you E.C.! I’m so pleased that you enjoyed Herald Angels. I have to tell you that your comment on The Haunting of William Gray has inspired me to write another ghost story. It isn’t finished yet, but I’m loving every minute that I’m writing it!

      1. Aw, thanks so much Renee. You made my day! I’m tickled pink that you’re writing another ghost story. I can hardly wait for you to release it. It makes me happy to see you doing so well with your writing. Have oodles of fun, you deserve it. 🙂

  2. Renee, I don’t know how I missed this. I have been brooding because I didn’t have a “Christmas” book to read this year and yours will be perfect! Just downloaded it from Kindle and look forward to getting started on it. Congratulations! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
